Product Warranty

  1. For products purchased in the online store www.nojus.shop, the Seller in all cases guarantees the quality of the goods (statutory warranty). In the entire EU, products are covered by a warranty of no less than 24 months. To use this warranty, the Buyer must submit a written request indicating the reason (defect of the product) together with the purchase document.
  2. The characteristics of each product sold on www.nojus.shop are indicated in the product description provided next to each item.
  3. The product photos presented on www.nojus.shop are for illustrative purposes only and are examples. The colors, inscriptions, parameters, dimensions, sizes, functions, and/or any other features of the original products may look different from reality due to visual characteristics, therefore please rely on the product properties specified in the product descriptions.
  4. The quality warranty provided by the Seller does not limit or restrict the rights of Buyers established by law when purchasing goods or services of inadequate quality.
  5. In cases where certain products are subject to a specific period of suitability for use established by law, the Seller undertakes to sell such products to the Buyer in such a way that the Buyer has a real opportunity to use them until the expiry of the period of suitability for use.

Product Returns

When purchasing goods online, you have the right within 14 working days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement by notifying us by e-mail at info@nojus.shop or in writing by sending a registered letter to: Raudondvario pl. 127, LT-47188 Kaunas.

If after purchasing a product you notice that it is of poor quality, you may return the product to us within 14 working days from the delivery date. A defective product will be replaced free of charge with a new one or the money paid for the product will be refunded to you. In the case of a refund, costs related to logistics will be deducted from the refunded amount.

When returning products, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

  • the returned product must be in its original and undamaged packaging (this requirement does not apply when returning a defective product);
  • the product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
  • the product must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance, i.e. labels must not be damaged, protective films not removed, etc. (these requirements do not apply when returning a defective product);
  • the returned product must be of the same set as it was delivered to the Buyer;
  • proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.

According to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of July 22, 2014, approving the Retail Trade Rules, clause 15: “Plants, animals, and food products of suitable quality cannot be exchanged or returned.” Products of inadequate quality may be exchanged or returned in cases and under conditions established in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code.

The consumer may also exercise the rights established in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code if he/she has been sold a product whose period of suitability for use had already expired at the time of purchase–sale. More information and a link to the legal act can be found here.
