The lawn forms a dense, deep green turf with slow growth. It is highly resistant to both frost and drought and performs best in fertile or moderately fertile soils.
To maintain an exceptional lawn, proper care is required, including regular fertilizing, mowing, maintaining sufficient moisture, scarifying, aeration, and when necessary, weed control treatments.
