Interestingly coloured leaves brighten up shady areas. It grows about 30 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Leaves are oblong, green with white margins. Blooms in purple flowers in VII - VIII. Suitable for semi-shade, shade. Likes fertile, moist, water-permeable soil. It is hardy, disease and pest resistant.
It is excellent in shady flowerbeds, as a groundcover, in pots and for compositions.
