Phlox paniculata 'Norah Leigh' is a highly prized phlox not only for its delicate flowers but also for its decorative foliage. The leaves are variegated, pale ribbed, with pale green spots in the centre. The shrub is sturdy, dense and steep, up to 70 cm tall. The flowers are pink with purple eyes and bloom profusely for 8-9 months. It grows best in full sun and fertile soil. Phlox is disease resistant.
