Allium christophii is a charming bulbous garden plant and one of the most spectacular garlics. A particularly beautiful and distinctive ornamental garlic, easily recognisable because of its origin and the shape of its flowers, it is also known as Star Garlic or Persian Star. Height: 40-60 cm, depending on soil type and humidity. It prefers a sunny position (the inflorescences grow larger and brighter in the sun). Flowering time: late spring-early summer. Garlic onion needs to be planted at a depth of three bulbs, like most bulbs. Plant between September and December (IX to XII). Garlic is best planted further back in the foreground rather than at the front.
