Blaked coriander

An annual, herbaceous, medicinal plant. The leaves are used in salads and sausages, and the seeds of coriander, which have a savoury flavour, are used in breads, preserves and marinades. Coriander leaves and seeds are rich in antioxidants.

It is recommended to sow coriander seeds several times a year to keep the leaves fresh for longer. Coriander grows well in light loamy loam in an open, sunny position. The plant is easy to sow.
